Several other regular Mediacorp stations are also available over the DAB radio network. The radio also features the world acclaimed fine analogue tuner designed by Audio Hall of Fame member Henry Kloss, a device that pulls even weak FM signals, allowing listeners to tune in more stations compared to other costly radios and receivers so that you can listen to your regular FM programs without any hassle. The Model DAB uses a discreet-component FM tuner technology (GaSa MES-FET mixers) originally developed for cell phones that were used for the first time in the Model One AM/FM Table Radio for FM reception.
The DAB radio is housed in two different finely crafted furniture grade wooden cabinets with matching face colours to match your décor whilst still retaining that nostalgic look. The radio is built with 5 pre-set programming for ease of tuning into your favourite stations. The large blue-lit LCD displays DLS information and radio station details clearly. The digital clock sets itself and updates automatically. The radio’s in-built antenna at the back maximizes the DAB reception strength. The radio also features an output for an AM antenna. The alarm and sleep functions are there too for great convenience by the bedside.
The Tivoli Audio Model DAB radio also features inputs for other Tivoli Audio components including a stereo speaker, Model CD Player and Model Subwoofer.
